Technical Assistance Services (TAS) Position Title: Head of Performance & Reporting Location: Kampala Position Gap: One Vacancy Activities At all times the job holder will: • Coordinate and facilitate brainstorming performance bottlenecks and improvements. • Identify performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership. Manage and track the implementation. • Perform spot analysis on low performing activities. • Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs. • Implement and run the communication of KPIs across the organization. • Drive strategic alignment process and tracking for RADAR projects. • Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organisation and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives • Support audits and support translation to performance improvements. Qualifications/Experience required • A minimum BSc Hons Degree in Engineering disciplines in the industrial context. • At least 5years of experience in the oil & gas industry. • Proficient in the areas of performance and efficiency. • Strong experience in working in fast pace, evolving. • Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment. • Self-starter, open minded and excellent communication skills.
