After discussion and sharing with the site manager, apply and enforce the roadmap defining the daily production objectives and the associated resources. Meet the daily target or alert your site manager in the event of deviation Anticipate and ensure the availability of the necessary resources with the site manager Lead and lead a team of companions by organizing the work of each and ensuring training at the workstation Ensure the role assigned to it in the chain of responsibility (managerial loop) in the QSE and Productivity code Carry out or have carried out the tracing of the works under his responsibility Carry out quality and compliance checks on works Requirements: 5 years minimum in the specialty of CIVIL ENGINEERING or Construction. CAP/BEP Building level of training of Certification desired Open to Europeans Only or SWEDISH work permit  FRENCH VERSION Durée du projet : 18 à 24 mois Hébergement : Pris en charge sur site Vols : Pris en charge EPI : Fournis SOUS LA RESPONSABILITÉ DU CHEF DE CHANTIER, ASSURER LES MISSIONS SUIVANTES : Missions : Réaliser une partie des travaux du chantier dans le respect des objectifs à court terme, en encadrant et animant une équipe de plusieurs compagnons. Après échange et validation avec le Chef de Chantier, appliquer et faire respecter la feuille de route définissant les objectifs quotidiens de production ainsi que les moyens associés. Atteindre les objectifs journaliers fixés ou alerter le Chef de Chantier en cas d’écart ou de difficulté. Anticiper les besoins et veiller, avec le Chef de Chantier, à la disponibilité des ressources nécessaires à la bonne exécution des travaux. Encadrer et animer une équipe de compagnons en organisant le travail de chacun et en assurant la formation au poste de travail. Assurer le rôle qui lui est attribué dans la chaîne de responsabilité (boucle managériale) dans le respect des exigences QSE (Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement) et Productivité. Réaliser ou faire réaliser les implantations et tracés des ouvrages sous sa responsabilité. Effectuer les contrôles qualité et conformité des travaux réalisés. Profil recherché : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du Génie Civil ou de la Construction. Formation de niveau CAP/BEP Bâtiment ou certification équivalente souhaitée. Poste ouvert uniquement aux candidats européens ou disposant d’un permis de travail valide en Suède.
