HR Coordinator (H/F)

The HR Coordinator ensures the smooth coordination of HR activities within the company. He/She supports the HR Manager in both the administrative and operational management of personnel, contributes to employee skills development, and ensures that HR practices comply with labor laws and internal procedures. Key responsibilities Personnel Administration Manage and update employee records Monitor employee absences, leave, and attendance Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, amendments, and certificates. Ensure the dissemination of HR information and compliance with internal procedures. Recruitment – Onboarding - Offboarding Participate in the recruitment process (drafting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews) Organize the onboarding/offboarding of employees Training and Development Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for employees Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure logistics (venue, materials, equipment) are prepared. Monitor participation and attendance and maintain training records in HR systems. Administrative & Travel Coordination Coordinate employee missions and business travel, including flight bookings, accommodation and transport arrangements. Liaise with travel agencies, hotels and other service providers to organize employee travel. Ensure administrative preparation and follow-up of employee missions (confirmations, travel documents, coordination with internal teams). Maintain records related to missions and travel arrangements and support the preparation of related administrative documentation. Manager Support and HR Communication Advise and support managers in the day-to-day management of their teams. Ensure the dissemination of HR information and compliance with internal procedures. HR Monitoring and Reporting Update HR dashboards. Contribute to HR reporting and KPIs. Requirements Desired Profile Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in Human Resources, Management, or Labor Law. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar HR role. Languages: French and English Required Skills Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems. Ability to organize, coordinate, and prioritize tasks. Good interpersonal skills and respect for confidentiality. Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills. Autonomy and rigor.
