We’re looking for a Senior Concept Manager based in Brussels to help shape and elevate the Cohabs experience across our international portfolio. What you’ll be doing Design Guru: Develop and execute innovative design concepts aligned with Cohabs’ brand and goals, combining hands-on delivery with the ability to step back, review outputs, and refine deliverables early. Team Mentor: Work closely with the executive and creative teams to ensure all projects are aligned and visually consistent. Support and guide junior team members when needed. Project Dynamo: Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are always met. Trendsetter: Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and techniques to continuously elevate our spaces and strengthen our brand identity. Cultural Adaptor: Customize design solutions for different locations and cultures, ensuring local relevance and appeal. Global Explorer: Travel to various cities to oversee design projects, ensuring consistency and maintaining the highest standards across all locations. Bridge Builder: Maintain excellent communication with local teams to deliver cohesive and inspiring spaces worldwide. Act as a close partner to the team manager and serve as an extension of her role when needed. Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Tackle design challenges with creativity, precision, and a strong focus on quality. What we’re looking for 3–4 years of experience in an architecture or design studio. International experience is a strong plus. You have a strong understanding of spatial design, materials, furniture, and current design trends. Fluent in both French and English. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and support junior team members in their growth. You tackle challenges with attention to detail and a quality-first mindset. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and efficient. You take initiative, anticipate needs, and thrive in dynamic environments.
