Job Description Division : Exploration & Production        Direction: Security Division – DW Lagos District Job title (Job holder) Position : DW LAGOS SECURITY ADVISOR JOB PURPOSE This job was created to ensure quality and timely advisory on Security practices especially with reference to Global, Group and TUCN best practice. This helps to ensure the development of Group and TUCN Security Referential and suitable Security Management system. This job is also aimed at ensuring a functional interface with the group and expat personnel. JOB DIMENSIONS ·            XX POB Cat. A within assigned area ·            Follow-up & consolidation of New TotalEnergies POB system and local POB reports (sites, etc.) ·            Coordination at District levels   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES §  Contribute to Area Security governance & management (owner: DGM LOS Security) o  Build a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of Group & TUCN security referential (DG SUR, CMS) o  Develop area security management system (CMS, work instructions, etc.) with Security line management o  Control compliance of area security operations (field visits, security audits, vetting of facilities, etc.) o  Carry out ad hoc missions assigned by management (VIP visit organization, technical problem solving, etc.) o  Coordinate area security performance reporting (security plan status, security events, key performance indicators, action log) o  Deliver basic professional training to area security management (on security referential, good practices, etc.)   §  Contribute to Area Security Risk Assessment & Threat evaluation o  Correspondent with Corporate Security Advisor o  Production and reporting of area threat analysis & evaluation o  Facilitate Security Risk Assessment meetings, and adjustments of security plan   §  Key contributor to Emergency Response Management o  Priority: secure & protect POB category A – up to repatriation if need be   §  Responsible for area POB control o  Update responsibilities for POB report within District/Area, with management approval (DMD/ED, Asset Mgr, Security Mgr/RSES) o  Follow-up area POB Cat. A (in/out) o  Deliver on time & in full area and district POB reports (consolidation from POB focal points)   §  Responsible for area security induction & training (POB Cat. A) o  Undertake the Security Induction for all new Expat Personnel o  Provide necessary trainings to Security Personnel o  Participate in organizing Security Awareness Campaigns for TUCN Personnel and families     §  Responsible for KBR Security Architecture and operation o  Design and Oversea Access Control Procedures in KBR o  Supervise Security Personnel in KBR o  Handle all critical communications within KBR and the residents o  Design and manage effective key management procedure in KBR o  Take full responsibility for the security infrastructure in KBR   §  Contribute to effective and efficient functioning of Area Security Infrastructure o  Design and Review work scope for installation and upgrade of area Security Infrastructure o  Liaise with Contractors on all Technical matters relating to area security infrastructure o  Participate in the contract process for installation / upgrade of area security systems     Context and environment ·            High rate of criminality, large metropolis with difficult traffic and position locating ·            Many POB in town, plus large number of POB in transit from other districts. ·            Threats of possible invasion during strikes, protests, and riots   ACCOUNTABILITIES ·            POB report reliability within assigned area POB report reliability within assigned area. ·            Comply to TUCN Security CMS & VPSHR     Qualifications / experience required ·            Qualification: Cf. DSUR criteria ·            Experience: Cf. DSUR criteria. Eg. 10 years military experience in field operations abroad. ·            Essential skills – Personal leadership, time management, relationship and team building, problem solving, good       initiative and good decision-making skills.
