As Administrative Assistant, you will play a central role in supporting the daily activities of our laboratory managers and Project Management team. Your work will help ensure reliable information, smooth coordination and efficient operations across several departments. By bringing structure, accuracy and organisation to a GMP environment, you will enable scientific and operational teams to stay focused on developing medicines that can make a real difference to patients. Your key responsibilities Here’s what you’ll take ownership of: Provide daily administrative, logistical and operational support to our COO, Project Management team and laboratory managers Maintain structured records, databases and filing systems Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, internal procedures and process consistency Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working Skills you’ll need to bring To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in administrative studies or equivalent training Experience in an administrative role within a GMP environment Excellent organisational skills and strong ability to prioritise workload effectively Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment Effective interpersonal and communication skills Initiative in day-to-day work and problem-solving capability Autonomous working but with team-oriented mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Fluency in French and minimum B1 in English (reading and writing) Our commitment to you In this role, you will gain visibility across laboratory operations and project activities, giving you a broad understanding of how innovative medicines move through development.
