We are currently looking for a QMRO intern/student who is passionate about operational excellence and eager to explore the intersection of quality, methods, research, and organizational development. As a QMRO intern/student, you will be embedded in our operational teams and collaborate with senior professionals our office in Antwerp. Your Tasks Support the implementation and optimization of internal quality and process improvement initiatives Analyze workflows and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk Assist in the documentation and standardization of procedures and best practices Participate in internal audits and contribute to compliance reviews Conduct research on industry benchmarks, tools, and methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management and innovation projects Contribute to the development of dashboards and performance indicators Your Profile Final-year Master student in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related field Available for a minimum of 2 months during the second semester Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and process optimization Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping tools is a plus Our offer: Forvis Mazars is a springboard to launch your career and create significant growth opportunities.
