WE ARE HIRING: INVENTORY CONTROL OFFICER Location: Lagos, Nigeria Employment Type: Full-Time Function: Supply Chain / Inventory Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Officer to manage daily inventory records, stock movements, transfers, cycle counts, and system accuracy across all locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain accurate inventory records across all locations. * Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments. * Coordinate and document stock transfers between locations. * Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock checks. * Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances. * Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates in the ERP/inventory system. * Identify and report stock losses, damages, and discrepancies. * Support periodic stock-taking and inventory audits. * Prepare inventory reports and monitor stock accuracy. * Collaborate with Warehouse, Retail, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams. * Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. *2–4 years' experience** in inventory control, warehouse, or stock management. * Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation and cycle counting. * Experience with ERP/inventory management systems. * Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. * Retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location experience is an advantage.
