Legal Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Department, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day legal operations and workflows. Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of Company and Other Special Purpose Entities’ legal documentation, including correspondence and filings; manage scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of internal and external appointments. Maintain and administer the Legal Department’s document management system, ensuring accurate filing, registration, and retrieval of records; uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure full traceability of legal documentation. Manage and monitor the collection, organization, and electronic registration of legal data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital archives. Support the preparation of legal documents relevant to the department’s activities, in line with applicable legal and internal standards. Monitor and update legal and regulatory databases, ensuring that applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and key legal developments are current and accurately reflected. Perform additional duties as required in support of the Legal Department’s objectives and operational needs. Actively contribute to the promotion of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and culture within the workplace. Qualifications: Minimum 3-year experience in a legal administration support or corporate environment. Attention to detail. Keen observation skills. Excellent time management skills. Strong organizational skills. Impressive communication skills. Language skills Portuguese and English.
