Government Services Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities: Oversee the installation and operational setup of Dedicated Offices. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely assistance and maintenance services. Supervise contractors and service providers during the go-live phase. Manage project resources to meet deliverables and MOU criteria. Interface with government departments to support Immigration & Work Quota, Permitting and Customs functions. Ensure logistical readiness and operational efficiency across all designated locations. Maintain personnel rotation schedules and government engagement registers. Guarantee compliance with corporate governance standards, conflict of interest prevention, and anti-corruption regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Finance, Logistics, or another relevant field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Mining, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven experience in supervising service contracts and managing contractors. Strong background in office administration and project coordination. Hands-on experience in multinational project environments. Familiarity with EPC, subcontractor, and government relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business systems. Ability to work independently, anticipate constraints, and report effectively. Fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written).
