Service Description Division:                                                                                  Job Location: Beijing, China Direction:                                                                                 Job Status (Residential/Rotational): Residential Job title Welding and NDT Engineer Situation in organization (enclose a copy of your organization chart)  Position Title n+1: Onshore Package Manager Position Title n+2: Project Director Job dimensions Dimension Managériale: Dimension Economique: Dimension fonctionnelle:  Activities The job holder is responsible, within the ABSHERON FFD ONSHORE Engineering Team and under the Engineering Manager for following-up, monitoring and supervising the WELDING & NDT activities carried out by EPC ONSHORE Contractors and Subcontractors in the Contractor’s offices and workshops during Engineering, procurement and fabrication phases and at the Construction site during the Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases, ensuring that his discipline’s contractual and technical requirements are duly fulfilled by ONSHORE EPC Contractor and/or Subcontractors. In this respect, and to ascertain that the facilities are built as per the project requirements, the job holder verify Contractor’s and/or Subcontractors’ Welding and NDT documentation including, fabrication procedures and methodologies, and ensure that Contractor and/or Subcontractors have adequate equipment, resources, means and manpower to performed the job with the required quality level and to complete it in due time. He also reports on a daily basis directly to the ONSHORE Engineering Manager. The job holder is in continuous liaison with and reports to the COMPANY Onshore Package Manager, enforcing decisions/directions taken at ABSHERON FFD Management level. The job holder manage and coordinate along with QAQC Leader the work of several Welding Inspectors and Supervisors (Material, welding, NDT supervisors etc.) throughout engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction phases and, as such, is acting as a team leader, informing and motivating them adequately and giving them clear priorities/directions for the performance of their duties. He also provides them support and assistance in their organization, job scheduling and coordination with other disciplines to ensure quality and timely completion of their work and implementation of Corporate / Project QA/QC Management System. The job holder: • Provide the expertise in the material and welding discipline during the FEED engineering phase then during EPC CFT and EPC phase.; • Review specifications, assessment against internal standards and design basis; • Technical support to design reviews, internal and external clarification meetings and risk reviews both on project and during manufacturing phase in close cooperation with the ONSHORE Engineering manager • Ensuring work is completed according to agreed guidelines, design rules, specifications and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. • Identification of technical risk and escalation where applicable • Highlighting required updates of design and ensuring deviation from standard design rules and procedure are carried out in accordance with Company change control procedures. • Review and approve the engineering deliverables issued by EPC Contractor (including specifications, reports, calculation notes, analyses, drawings, datasheets, technical notes) for the welding and NDT discipline and relevant ancillary equipment, ensuring that it meets project objectives The Job holder participates together with his supervision team to the review and comments of EPC Contractor’s and/or Subcontractors’ Project Site documentation applicable in the perimeter of the relevant ONSHORE Construction site (Project Site QA/QC plan, EPC Contractor procedures, Construction plans, ITP, NDT reports …) and ensures their full implementation by EPC Contractor and/or Subcontractors.  As a general manner, the job holder provides assistance to the Engineering and Construction teams with all matters related to his discipline. The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements. Context and environment The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. The offshore subsea gas pipeline will be tied into the greenfield onshore Central Processing Facility (CPF) for Gas Condensate separation and compression. The onshore CPF facility has been designed for a capacity of 450 MMscfd of gas and 38,000 barrels per day of condensate. The project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic and international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP). Condensate is routed to Sangachal Terminal for stabilization Accountabilities This position is starting from the FID phase sanction for the EPC ONSHORE phase activities until the completion of the Development phase.  The job holder shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all activities related to ONSHORE WELDING and NDT activities for Absheron FFD project during the EPC phase.  The job holder will perform this work in accordance with Project procedures and TotalEnergies General Specifications, Project rules and guidelines Qualifications/Experience required • Professional Experience (years): min 10 years’ Experience in O&G Welding and NDT Onshore activities on large scale international projects • Experience in similar position (years): mini 7 in similar role, background with TotalEnergies General Specifications • Level / Diploma: Engineer in Mechanical or Structural Engineering, or equivalent (Holding IWE or equivalent for Welding, for NDT Holding PCN/ COFREND or equivalent certification) • Strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills in a multicultural project environment. • Strong knowledge of international standards (API, ISO, ASME, IEC) Proficiency in inspection methods/NDT. • Languages: English mandatory - Starting date: 01 October 2026 - Duration:          12 months (total 3 years) - Renewable: Yes - Location: Beijing, China during the detailed engineering period.
