Propose possible operational optimizations  Review and challenge operational programs  Participate to Completions Well On Paper (CWOP) and Pre-Spud meetings  Coordinate and support COMOPS / SIMOPS activities preparation  During the operations, continue to contribute to the improvement of the wells programs and operational procedures by validating the end of wells reports and ensuring that affiliates REX and WOIP (workover improvement process) are considered in the reporting. OPERATIONS FOLLOW UP:  Responsible for Workover rig operations follow-up whilst optimizing performance and costs.  Support WO rig supervision for instruction updates and improvements  Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations with fluids, logistics and well construction and with third parties. Ensure equipment and contingencies are delivered on time to the site  Support COMOPS / SIMOPS  As a member of the Chain Of Command, participate in decision making and formalization; update hierarchy of current operations status and notify immediately in case of problems. Accountabilities  S/he guarantees the accomplishment of the workover rig operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental procedures of the group and the affiliate.  During the operations, as a key member of the Chain of Command, s/he supports and advises the Workover rig senior supervisors.  S/he must take decisions pertaining to the well safety and control. The job holder is the direct link between site supervision and drilling and wells management in town.  The Workover rig Superintendent manages 6 to 8 direct reports at site with indirect control of all services. S/he also supervises all operational-related contractors and, thus, are their first point of contact for both planning and execution of associated services. Qualifications/Experience required Qualification:  BSc Degree, Diploma or equivalent professional experience A valid IWCF level 4 (combined surface & subsea), Chain of command (COC) certificate (Superintendent level) and T-BOP (TotalEnergies internal training) are also mandatory.  Fluent in English Experience  Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas industry with various assignments as WSSV and WSI.
