Job Overview (Internal Recruitment) The job holder will assist other recruiters, hiring teams and candidates to ensure that the hiring process runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media Participate in candidate sourcing efforts. Assist the team in screening resumes. Format CV’s when needed. Conduct initial phone screening. Schedule calls and interviews. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles. Send out all bulk email (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g., offer letters) Coordinate drug tests and background checks where applicable. Participate in recruiting events when required. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Key Relationships/ Stakeholders External Sourcing platforms Candidates Internal Line Management Hiring Managers Employees Person Specification Preferred Experience and Education BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter Experience in recruitment across various industries is an added advantage. Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle Tech-savvy Use of Microsoft Word application is required. Excellent communication skills Ability to juggle multiple calendars. Problem-solving aptitude. Critical-thinking skills. Language Requirement : Proficiency in English is required. Skills Ability to follow and adhere to recruitment processes. Ability to perform (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. Demonstrate excellent level of interpersonal, verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate. Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word and Excel. Strong written verbal, analytical and presentation skills. Can consistently meet competing demands through effective prioritizing in a result orientated environment. Demonstrate teamwork skills and pay high attention to details.
