Experience in developing, planning, coordinating, facilitating, monitoring and managing multidiscipline projects in liaison with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering, Onshore Operations, Production Offshore, External Affairs and the Procurement team. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Conflict management skills. United Arab Emirates (UAE) driving license. Duties to be carried out: Participate in and contribute to all phases of the project from conceptual design, to detailed engineering, procurement, permits, construction and system operation. Responsible for Technical Evaluation of Bids. Responsible for managing and contributing to one or more projects simultaneously from definition to handover of the projects. Responsible for timely completion of approved projects at minimum cost, in accordance with required technical specifications, Company policies, objectives, procedures, regulatory requirements, and all quality, health, safety and environmental objectives. Review all proposed engineering designs and manage the process of conceptual and detailed design. Develop contracting strategy, work scopes and support the Supply Chain team for the contracting (engineering, construction, etc.) and procurement. Participate in preparing the project team, manpower planning and project strategy, and ensure that it is aligned with the Company and Departmental objectives
