 Company Site Representative  Position Details: Start Date: Q2 2026 Location: Maputo, Mozambique Duration: 12 months+ (renewable) Employment Type: Rotational / 28 calendar days on location followed by 28 days off (plus 2 days paid travel day) Client: TotalEnergies E&P Mozambique Project  : Mozambique LNG Project  The position is for Mozambique LNG project. ·       US $20 Billion investment, 17,000-acre LNG facility site that includes private airstrip, marine facilities, and 18 subsea wells - 5-year construction period, utilizing a staff of 1500+ employees and contractors based in Houston, Milan, Paris, Singapore and Mozambique ·       Mozambique LNG is a subsea (1,400m) to shore dry gas field development located in the norther part of Mozambique with 12.88 MTPA from 2 Initial Trains - 25-year production period ·       The subsea field will be developed via 18 subsea wells, 7-production manifolds, 1-MEG manifold, 3 x 22in trunk lines, a 6in and 8in MEG lines, 18 x 10in in-field flowlines, 2 x 4in in-field MEG lines, associated ILTs and PLETs for all pipelines, 25 control modules, 4 onshore umbilicals, 2 main tie-back umbilicals, 5 in-field umbilicals, 12 UTA assemblies, 189 electro hydraulic flying leads, 48 x 10” flexible jumpers, rigid jumpers and spools  Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Company representative onboard the installation vessel Supervise and monitor offshore pipelay operations (reel-lay) to ensure compliance with approved procedures Review contractor documentation including: Installation procedures, Engineering designs and Risk assessments (HIRA) Ensure all activities are aligned with Company HSE standards and applicable regulations Lead and participate in risk assessments, safety walks, and hazard identification initiatives Coordinate closely with the EPCI Installation Manager and onshore project teams Monitor contractor performance, progress, and quality of work Manage and report any technical issues or deviations through Management of Change (MOC) processes Ensure proper reporting of daily, weekly, and milestone progress Interface with discipline engineers (welding, coating, materials, corrosion, etc.) as required Support campaign preparation activities, mobilization, and readiness reviews Contribute to project close-out and lessons learned Project Scope Installation of multiple 10” production flowlines and associated subsea structures (PLETs) Offshore installation using reel-lay methodology onboard a deepwater vessel Participation in campaigns scheduled across 2026–2027 HSE Responsibilities ·      Ensure full compliance with Company and Contractor HSE management systems ·      Act as a safety leader onboard, promoting a proactive HSE culture ·      Verify bridging documents between Company and Contractor safety systems ·      Ensure all offshore activities are performed safely and within approved risk frameworks Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline) Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with strong offshore exposure At least 10 years of pipelay installation experience, including reel-lay operations Proven experience as a CSR / Company Representative onboard installation vessels Strong background in offshore construction, quality control, and HSE oversight Experience working in large, multi-contractor EPC/EPCI environments Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET and OGUK Medical   Fluent in English (written and spoken) Key Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced offshore environments Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination High attention to safety, quality, and compliance Adaptable and capable of working within multicultural teams
