Responsibilities: Work closely with the DUET to create the contracts dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including: Development of Contracting Strategy and issue Call for Tenders to find suitable expertise to support the different functions. Negotiation and analysis of commercial bids. Development of Recommendations to Award (RTA). Ensure the update of the contract management tool. Keep informed of best practices in contracts procedures in other entities for improvement of contracts practices in TEPMA1. Identifying suitable expertise against existing frame contracts. Develop technical contracts and contractual agreements, directly participate to the medium complexity contracts. Leading the presentation of RTA to the Contracts Committee or the appropriate DOA approver with a common recommendation with DUET. Assist C&P management in the settlement of claims and lawsuits, in relation with the Legal, Insurance, Finance and TEPMA1 Management by proposing strategies and actions and participating to the negotiations. Monitoring on-going contracts statuses, participate in contract renewal and amendments discussions. Provide professional advice and guidance to all contract owners/entities with respect to contractual matters. Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations. Participate actively in H3SE meetings, training sessions and drills and co-operate actively in the execution of H3SE plans. Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation. Qualifications: Mid-level in Contracts technical Competencies required. C&P tools advanced certification required. Good knowledge and understanding of commercial, legal and insurance issues affecting the company in general. Professional experience: 5-7 years in contracts within the Oil & Gas industry or similar.
