Project Manager Intern

As we continue developing our projects in France, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager Intern to support our teams in the delivery and execution of our renovation projects. You will be involved in the different stages of our projects, from feasibility through to handover, with a strong hands-on role on a daily basis. What you’ll be doing Assist with project studies and feasibility assessments during the real estate prospecting phase Support the creation and monitoring of project schedules Assist with the administrative management and coordination of projects Find creative solutions to stay within budget and meet deadlines Assist in coordinating all project stakeholders: architects, engineering firms, control offices, health & safety coordinators, contractors, etc. Prepare monthly reporting and monitor project progress Ensure ESG and safety guidelines are applied and followed Support the operational management of FF&E and Procurement for our houses What we’re looking for You have some basic knowledge of construction or building You are methodical, organized, and detail-oriented You have strong coordination skills and enjoy getting things moving You enjoy working as part of a team and taking on challenges You are fluent in French and have a basic level of English You are proactive and enjoy bringing new ideas to challenge and continuously improve our product You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where projects move quickly Want to work on real construction projects and see your ideas come to life?
