Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Structural Installation Aids Lead Engineer to support offshore subsea engineering projects. The successful candidate will lead the structural discipline, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Act as the structural engineering focal point for subsea projects. Lead the structural engineering team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and document validation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including geotechnical, installation, flowlines, and materials. Manage structural engineering activities, including resource planning, budget, scheduling, and project reporting. Ensure timely delivery of engineering documentation. Perform structural analyses using finite element and beam analysis software. Execute engineering calculations in accordance with applicable industry standards. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore subsea structural engineering. Experience with subsea structures such as FLETs, manifolds, suction piles, and large mudmats. Strong knowledge and application of:API 2A WSD AISC 9th Edition DNV-ST-N001 (Marine Operations) Proficiency with:ABAQUS (2D shell and 3D solid analyses) SACS Hand calculations Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Languages English: Mandatory French: Preferred
