Technical Assistance Services (TAS) Position Title: Performance Engineer Location: Kampala Position Gap: One Vacancy Activities At all times the job holder will: • Drive performance initiatives in Operations and present to leadership. Manage and track the implementation. • Support entities in defining and preparing the KPIs. • Run the communication of KPIs across the organization. • Track & Report major actions, key contract status • Support audits and support translation to performance improvements. Qualifications/Experience required • A minimum BSc Hons Degree in Engineering disciplines in the industrial context. • At least 5years of experience in the oil & gas industry. • Proficient in the areas of performance and efficiency. • Strong experience in working in fast pace, evolving. • Strong ability to work in a cross functional environment. • Self-starter, open minded and excellent communication skills.
