ToolPusher (Jack-up/JU)

Status: Contracted Duration: 12 months (extension depends on the project but no guarantee) Start: Early Q1 2026 Rotation: Offshore, 28*28 Purpose: Supervise the workover and drilling operations and associated activities to ensure it is in accordance with the well program. Ensure workover and drilling operations are carried out in a safe, efficient and productive manner. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent; work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education. Knowledge of all technical calculations required for the safe operation of the drilling activities. 15+ years of experience in the same capacity. Strong HSE background and regulatory knowledge regarding the implementation and/or compliance with the various policies and standards. Awareness of legislative, statutory requirements relevant to the Installation. Experience in managing a diverse multicural workforce. Experience in managing multifunctional groups and multi-national teams. Excellent English oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills. Must have valid certificates by early Q1 2026 as follows: Valid OGUK approved Medical Certificate or equivalent. Valid (BOSIET) certificate. Valid Well Control Certificate (Supervisor Level, Surface/Subsea BOP Stack issued by an institution approved by IWCF Valid STCW BST
