We’re on the hunt for a Sales Intern based in Brussels to support our growth and occupancy across key European cities. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to: What You’ll Be Doing: Occupancy Driver: Help manage and optimize room occupancy across London, Madrid, and Milan. Data Explorer: Analyze performance and identify strategies to fill rooms more efficiently. Market Analyst: Conduct market research and support local strategy development. Team Player: Work closely with Marketing to drive leads and maximize conversion. First Impression Maker: Be the first point of contact for new members and guide them through the application process. Experience Champion: Ensure a smooth, high-quality customer experience from first contact through move-in. Partnership Builder: Identify and develop new local partnerships to boost acquisition. Feedback Translator: Collect, analyze, and share community feedback with internal teams. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (written & oral) in an international environment. Analytical mindset with an interest in performance and results. Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment (CRM, sales techniques, adaptability). Sociable, service-oriented, and comfortable engaging with a community. Data-driven and solution-oriented approach in a competitive market. Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Italian is a strong plus. Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
