Duration: Unlimited, permanent staff role Starting Date: 1/10/2026 Location: London, UK Schedule: Residential Status: Residential (requires relocation for expats) Salary/Rate: Please quote your rate and will check with our client in Nigeria DEADLINE – Monday, 21 st Sep 2026, latest by Tuesday, 22 nd Sep, Morning Job Purpose: The role will primarily be required to support Project Management of the Jubilee Subsea Multiphase Pump (MPP) Project and will be required to integrate: Project controls (i.e. cost and schedule) Document control Risk management Interface management and Reporting across the Subsea MPP Project, and deputise as Project Manager as needed. As part of a small owner’s team, the incumbent will also be expected to drive project and contractor performance and support the project manager in ensuring timely, high quality and safe delivery Responsibilities / Key Objectives: Coordinate project reporting, planning and cost management Develop scopes of work, review contractor proposals, monitor and review Contractor deliverables Coordination of multi-disciplinary engineering reviews, constructability workshops, safety studies, etc Direct and quality assure the work of Contractors to ensure that the designs satisfy the EHS, technical, operational and project objectives Ensure appropriate information management and document control measures are in place for the relevant stage of the project Provide updates for internal and external stakeholder communication Run the interface management process – in particular between the various contractors engaged on the project Develop and maintain the project risk register Implement continuous improvement in project management processes Education: Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical discipline Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore oil and gas project engineering and project management, preferably with deepwater project experience through all stages of the project lifecycle Technical background in any engineering discipline, followed by broader project engineering roles Experience with oil and gas operators is essential; experience with contractors is desirable Cost control, planning, information management, risk management and reporting Business Behaviours: Able to progress and prioritise several simultaneous activities Strong communication and presentation skills Firm EHS commitment to safe delivery of all project scope Strong interpersonal skills needed to manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure contractor performance.
