We are actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SPS/SURF Package Quality Lead to join our exceptional team. Deadline: 5th Aug 2026 Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Quality Management Plans for SPS (Subsea Production Systems) and SURF (Subsea Umbilical, Risers, and Flowlines) packages, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry best practices. Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities at vendor facilities and project sites to verify compliance with contractual requirements, codes, and standards. Oversee the review and approval of all quality-related documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), manufacturing procedures, and test reports. Manage and track non-conformances, ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures are implemented promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for all quality matters pertaining to SPS/SURF packages, fostering strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, contractors, project teams, and client representatives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall quality performance. Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and quality throughout all project phases. Required Skills and Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Petroleum, or equivalent) or a related technical discipline is essential. Demonstrable substantial experience as a Quality Lead, Quality Manager, or similar senior quality assurance role specifically within SPS/SURF projects in the oil and gas industry. Profound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and extensive familiarity with relevant international industry codes and standards (e.g., API, DNV, ASME). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality excellence across multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. A proven track record of successfully managing complex quality assurance programs for high-value subsea packages. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication in an international project environment.
