Aldelia — Namibia
SURF Lead Flowlines Engineer The Venus Project is a very deep-water greenfield oil development located in West Africa and managed by Company’s GPI Venus team. The project is focused on defining the subsea production and injection system in challenging deep-water conditions, covering the phases of pre-project studies, FEED, Call for Tender, and full project execution. The project’s objectives include: Optimizing reserves and reducing costs Accelerating schedules Minimizing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions Ensuring high technical quality and strict H3SE compliance The SURF Flowline Lead Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning of rigid flowlines, spools, jumpers, and associated subsea structures. Missions/Service Dimensions The service holder will be responsible for all the flowline engineering activities and technical matters related to the project, as part of the project team. This will include but not be limited to reviewing, approving, preparing and managing all studies during Pre- project and FEED, Call For Tender and EPCI phases for rigid flowlines, rigid spools and rigid jumpers, and associated structures, equipment and ancillaries, for a very deep water oil greenfield project. The Service Provider will be leading the design and engineering activities, and be supporting the procurement, fabrication, installation and pre-commissioning activities. The Service Provider will provide support to the SURF Technical Manager and the SURF team and liaise with other project teams (SPS).
