Division : JV Assets REF : E/P Direction: Production Service title: OWAZA Security Coordinator - OML58 (Security) Situation in organisation Position to report: Onshore Security Manager, OML58 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In charge of security in onshore field. Implementation of Site/Field security Plan in accordance with the Company Security Plan. Monitoring and checking of security systems, personnel and equipment. ACTIVITIES Develop, maintain, implement and exercise the OML58 security plan. Undertake regular security inspections / rounds of the OWAZA to ensure the continuation of appropriate security measures. Responsible for the security surrounding wellhead locations inside the GRA. Working with other agencies to ensure the security of all personnel on site including contractors and visitors. Working with other site personnel to conduct checks of persons and vehicles coming and leaving the GRA to ensure that unauthorised equipment/items are not taken out. Regulate access into the GRA and surrounding facilities. Coordinate the activities of Government Security Forces (GSF) deployed to the sites. Monitor and regulate the activities of security personnel deployed in the GRA by contractors. Conduct security inductions for GSF, staff, contractors and visitors. Vet personnel deserving of access badges into the GRA and surrounding facilities. Liaison with members of the GSF within and outside OWAZA locations. Information gathering, collation and dissemination. Crimes investigation and production of accurate investigation reports. Attend security meetings and any other meetings relevant to the security of the GRA and surrounding facilities. Ensure that all security equipment, including surveillance and intrusion detection device are used correctly, tested, calibrated and maintained. Ensure that all personnel are aware of security procedures and apply the procedures. Ensure personnel having specific security duties can be identified, the personnel understand their duties and responsibilities and that they receive the appropriate instructions. Report to the relevant authorities and maintain records of occurrences which threaten security. And any other duties that may be assigned. Monitor digging activity along ROW on the LSDS with specific emphasis on night/early hours of the morning and report to the OPM Monitor power generation status and report any power switch from GEG to EDG and report to the OPM Prepare daily site activity report of Owaza, KP38 and Rumuji nodes to the OPM Conduct regular checks on the Instrument air compressor, Portable water levels PAGA activity and report to the OPM Daily supervision of site maintenance workers Switch on the TDG when there is power outage on Site and check for diesel leaks around the pump dispensing area Report general lighting condition of Waza site to the OPM Report any site anomaly, Security emergence and Equipment failure to the OPM immediately. Context and environment Rotational Moving around the GRA, OFS and surrounding facilities between OML58 and other sites. Accountabilities Responsibility for. Security Protection of company personnel and assets in Location. Administrative effectiveness of all security activities. Qualifications / experience required Previous industrial security related experience. Military / Police background. Bachelor’s degree.
